Fox Faculty, the hospitality training arm of the Capital Maharaja Group in Jaffna, offers a unique blend of classroom learning and hands-on hotel experience. In collaboration with Maharaja Institute of Management (MIM) and British College of Applied Studies (BCAS), students train directly with industry experts, gaining practical exposure to guests, culinary operations, and day-to-day hotel management—where passion meets real-world practice.
